These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 01bet ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 01bet website located at https://01bet.live and all associated services, games, features, and content (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing the 01bet website, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
• Jurisdiction: You must be accessing the Service from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of 01bet complies with all laws applicable to you in your location.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by yourself through the 01bet platform or by any regulatory authority.
• Not a Restricted Person: You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of 01bet or any of its affiliated companies, nor an immediate family member of such a person.

To access real-money games and services on 01bet, you must register a player account. The following rules apply to all accounts:

3.1 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 01bet platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 01bet reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets, and forfeit any balances held therein.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. 01bet is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorized by you or not — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify 01bet support immediately.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

01bet is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals. You may be asked to submit one or more of the following documents: a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, UMID, or PhilSys National ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension.

4.1 Deposits

01bet accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the Platform from time to time. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 (Philippine Peso). Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the payment method used. 01bet does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) hours during operating hours. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed within one (1) business day for fully verified accounts.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Any active bonus funds must have their associated wagering requirements fulfilled before the corresponding real-money balance can be withdrawn.
• 01bet reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times.
• Withdrawals may be declined if 01bet has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

01bet offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money balances. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion.
• Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry date. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that have not been wagered within the stated period will be forfeited automatically.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, slots, bingo, and fishing games may have different contribution rates. Refer to the specific promotion terms for details.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time unless otherwise stated. Opting into a new bonus while another is active may result in the forfeiture of the existing bonus.
• Abuse: 01bet reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to suspend accounts, where bonus abuse is detected. This includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, exploiting technical errors, or engaging in low-risk betting patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
• Right to Modify: 01bet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to any obligations already incurred by players in good faith.

All games available on the 01bet platform are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific rules of a game, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

6.1 Random Number Generators

All RNG-based games (including slots, virtual table games, and bingo) use certified random number generation technology to ensure that game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated. 01bet is committed to fair play and does not alter game outcomes in any way.

6.2 Live Dealer Games

Live dealer games are streamed in real time from professional studio environments. These games use physical cards, dice, or roulette wheels operated by trained dealers. 01bet does not control the outcome of live dealer games beyond the standard rules of each game.

6.3 Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game, 01bet will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, the wager for that round will be refunded to the player's account. 01bet's decision in such matters is final.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 01bet platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in doing so.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live poker or other competitive game formats.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such discovery must be reported to 01bet support immediately.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the platform to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank or payment provider.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 01bet staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access the accounts of other players or any restricted areas of the platform.

All content on the 01bet platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, text, software, and trademarks — is the exclusive property of 01bet or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 01bet platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the platform; reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used on the platform; or use any 01bet trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 01bet, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses.

01bet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 01bet account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 01bet's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

01bet collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the 01bet platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

01bet complies with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines. Your personal data is collected only for legitimate purposes related to the operation of your account, compliance with regulatory requirements, and the prevention of fraud and money laundering. Your data is never sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

01bet is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We recognize that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously. The following tools and policies are in place to support player welfare:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Once set, limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a cooling-off period.

01bet reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements, including age verification.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• At your own request, including self-exclusion requests.
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from a competent authority.

Upon termination of your account, any real-money balance remaining (after deduction of any bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification and provided no breach of these Terms has occurred that would justify forfeiture.

You may close your account at any time by contacting 01bet customer support. Account closure requests are processed within three (3) business days.

01bet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 01bet will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the 01bet platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account before the changes take effect.

The most current version of these Terms is always available on this page. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the Terms were most recently revised.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 01bet platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent 01bet from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
